What areas do you currently service?
We service the greater Birmingham area and its surrounding areas within a 35-mile radius. Please contact us first to confirm if your area is within our Birmingham service area.
Will the pictures be in Black and White or in Color?
Your guests get to pick! We let them choose whether they want their pictures in black & white or in color at the beginning of each session.
Do you provide props?
Yes! You can choose from our large selection of hats, wigs, mustaches, big sunglasses, boas, and more! Let us know if you want anything specific (themed props, frames, chalk and signboards, etc.) – we will do our best to provide these items at your request!
What if we want additional hours?
We’ve got that covered – we will include an upgrade option for additional hours in our proposal!
Do you offer Scrapbook or Memory Book Services?
Yes, definitely! Scrapbooks and Memory Books are hot trends in celebrations and events right now. Our Memory Book service gives you a beautiful keepsake from your event, whether it’s a birthday party, a birthday, or any other type of event. You will find the Memory Scrapbook service in the Upgrades section of our proposal. This includes the leather-bound scrapbook, pens and glue sticks, and an attendant in charge or organizing and protecting your scrapbook!
Will there be someone there to operate the photo booth?
Of course! Each photo booth rental includes a friendly and accommodating onsite attendant. The attendant will be in charge of both the setup and of ensuring that your guests are having fun and being as candid as possible in front of the camera! The attendant usually arrives an hour before your event to set up the booth – setup time is only 20 minutes! No worries about cleaning up the booth as well – the attendant will stay after an event to take down everything!
Do you print multiple copies of the photo strips for more than 2 guests using the booth at a single given time?
This is a common concern among our clients, and we understand why! Typically, we print 2 photo strips per session to keep your guests happy, and encourage them to come back for more sessions! But if you have a large group and you want everyone to have a copy of a single session, don’t worry – we can easily print out additional copies for you!
Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes. In order to reserve the booth for your selected date, we require you to pay a 50% deposit and provide us a signed proposal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, or any major credit card – Visa, Discover, Master, and American Express.
Do you print custom graphics or logos on the photo strips?
Absolutely! Our graphic design team works with you to create the perfect, customized photo strip design for your event! We only print the photo strip and move forward with the production once you’ve given your 100% approval. Just send your graphic materials and logo over, and we will put together a proof for you to review!
Why are your prices so affordable?
We always aim to provide superior quality prints and service to our clients in Birmingham at reasonably lower costs! We are able to offer our services at great prices because we have a large fleet without overhead costs. Don’t think cheap means lower quality, though – we ensure the satisfaction of our clients in Birmingham and surrounding areas by providing the most fun and memorable photo booth experience with high-quality images every time!
